2. Repair Design & Specification We prepare the technical “Method Statement” that contractors must follow. Common solutions we design include:

  • Concrete Repair: Patching spalling concrete (honeycombing) and treating rusted rebar.

  • Structural Strengthening: Installing Carbon Fibre Reinforced Polymer (CFRP) or steel plate bonding to reinforce weak beams.

  • Crack Injection: Using epoxy resin for structural cracks or polyurethane (PU) grout for water leakages.

  • Underpinning: Strengthening foundations that have settled/sunk.

3. Tender Management We help you select the right team. We invite reputable specialist contractors, evaluate their pricing, and advise you on who offers the best technical value.
