Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement. These terms apply once the Client signs or accepts our quotation in writing, or pays the mobilisation fee.

2. Scope. Our inspections are visual and non-invasive, covering only areas that are visible, accessible and safe on the inspection date. We do not inspect concealed, covered or inaccessible areas, or provide structural design checks, M&E testing or legal opinions unless stated in the quotation.

3. Findings. Reports reflect conditions on the inspection date only. Instrument readings (moisture, thermal, drone) and cost estimates are indicative. A report is not a warranty or guarantee that a property is free of defects.

4. Client duties. The Client will provide safe access and all relevant information, drawings and known defects. Additional visits caused by lack of access are chargeable.

5. Fees and payment. Fees, deposit and payment terms are as stated in the quotation. Reports are released only on full payment. Additional work requires a written variation agreed before it starts.

6. Late payment. Overdue sums carry interest at 8% per annum. Invoices are deemed accepted unless disputed in writing within 14 days.

7. Reliance. Reports are for the named Client and stated purpose only. No third party may rely on them without our written consent.

8. Liability. Our total liability is limited to the fee paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of value. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.

9. Claims. The Client must notify us in writing within 30 days of discovering any concern and allow us to re-inspect before repairs are carried out. Claims are against the Company only, not individual staff.

10. Data. Photos, video and drone footage are taken and used for the report in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

11. Disputes. Parties will first try to resolve disputes by negotiation and mediation. These terms are governed by Malaysian law and the Malaysian courts.

Where a signed quotation contains different terms, the quotation prevails.
